Mark Williams The waffle iron release spray works very well for waffles and for pancakes. I have tried it in cast iron and it works. I recommend using it on waffle irons as the alternative - digging out pieces of stuck waffle is not very appealing.

Anonymous This product is fantastic on my waffle iron. But I've also discovered that it works far better in muffin pans and skillets than the other non-stick sprays!
