I absolutely adored hotel waffles, but grocery store waffle mixes were a complete disappointment. So, I decided to research the hotel supplier and now I have even better waffles at home. I use real maple syrup and high-grade butter, which makes them fantastic. They’re easy to mix and taste so wonderful.
