You have no idea how bad I feel making waffles for my family in front of my daughter who can’t have gluten because of her autoimmune disorder.

If you want a treat for breakfast, try the Golden Waffle Mix. Just cooks up great tasting waffles that my family absolutely devours! This is the only waffle mix that we buy now as all the rest are inferior.
Really good waffle mix. I add an egg and use milk instead of water to give it more protein. I’ve also tried adding a scoop of protein powder and they still turn out great!
Been using this mix for years. Don't make waffles with it but plenty of pancakes. Have tried many other GF mixes and this is by far my favorite. Also works great with add-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips. For a while a few years ago they offered it in the old fashioned looking cans. Bags are convenient but I wish they would bring the cans back.
